Fabric Pop Ups and Event Printing

When Ear To The Ground organised a 3 day event for their clients Nike and Manchester City, they required solutions across all of Spiral Colour’s printing presses, digital, wideformat and short run litho. The final artwork would be delivered to us 3-5 days before the event meaning that we arranged for production schedules to be arranged to suit our client. We also made allowances in production schedules beyond this point, just in case there were additional amendments before final approval.

Along with two fabric pop up display stands, we would also be providing printed literature, including a 12 page booklet for event attendees, together with cloakroom passes, tickets and 2 metre wide roller banners to greet the delegates throughout the Etihad Stadium Campus.

To get to this point Spiral’s Print Manager, Graeme Sutherland, visited our client with samples, ideas and solutions, and generally made sure that Ear To The Ground had everything they needed to make the right decisions.

Why Use Fabric Pop Up Stands?

The Fabric Pop Up stands were ideal as they are quick and easy to install giving the team a simple job of installing the display stands just before the delegates arrived. Not only that, the fabric graphics are very easy to store which allowed them to be re-used whenever they were needed. One of the biggest plusses of using fabric pop up stands is the ease of transportation, making the graphics and stand easy to travel with.

With quality being of the upmost importance and a short lead time, we had to make sure that all production passes were made with proofs being sent out for approval where possible. We were able to deliver to the Etihad Stadium with time to spare.
